Invoicing issues at departure, unclear taxes and charges!!! Robots for food delivery would enhance luxury experience, too many cold breakfast items!!! Hot food needs attention, especially for elder guests!!!

Family with children xperience like no other

The breakfast buffet was something else, staff remembered my morning coffee order and brought me bottled water without me even asking , made me feel like I was someone important. My room had a fantastic view, we enjoyed the beautiful sight from the tub near the window, it was a nice touch after a long day.

It wasn’t the most affordable option , but the experience was all worth it.

Breakfast offered only cold food options.

We enjoyed a delightful two-night stay in a Grand King Room with River View, where the stunning scenery was the highlight of our visit. The room was impressively spacious with excellent facilities, making our time here very comfortable. However, I'd suggest having a wider variety of hot breakfast options for a more satisfying start to the day.

We had a wonderful time with friendly staff and tasty breakfast options, especially the chicken sausage! The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding with the kids after a long day, although the bacon was a tad too dry for my liking. I recommend trying the breakfast early for the best selection! 🌞
